Facility Rental

The school was built in 2015 and all facilities have been well-maintained.

Community members—including individuals, nonprofits, businesses, churches, and others—are welcome to rent our space for birthday parties, church events, meetings, or other events.

You are welcome to bring food from offsite into the school as our kitchen is unavailable for food preparation during events.

All funds raised from renting our facilities are used to support our programming.

Rent a Room 

Members of the community are welcome to rent space from New Legacy for meetings or events. The school is located at 2091 North Dayton Street in northwest Aurora. To rent space, please contact Claudia Baylon at 303-340-7880 or via email to cbaylon@newlegacycharter.net.

Commons Room
  • $275 per event plus $100 deposit (cash only)  
  • 200 person room capacity
  • Includes 14 round tables that can seat 6-8 people comfortably
  • Includes kitchen space
Conference Room
  • $40 per hour
  • Seats up to 10 
  • $40 per hour
  • Seats up to 15
  • $40 per hour
  • Seats up to 35
