Health & Wellness

I Matter

Our student health partner, I Matter, is a program that can connect you with a therapist for up to 6 free virtual counseling sessions (some in-person appointments are available, too) that are completely confidential. Talking with someone can make you feel better. To start, visit the I Matter website by clicking the button below. Then, click on “Youth” (or “Parent” if you are the parent/guardian of a child 11 or younger) and take a short survey. Be as honest as possible; none of the information you provide is shared or reported, but your honest answers will help match you with the right therapist.

Parents, seeking support for your child is not a sign of failure – it is a sign of strength. Start with the parent survey if your child is 11 or younger.
