Claudia Baylon, Operations Director
Claudia joined New Legacy as part of the founding team in 2015. Prior to joining New Legacy, Claudia had worked for a decade at Inner City Health Center as a Medical Assistant, Referral Coordinator, and Program Manager. During her time as Inner City’s Program Manager, Claudia implemented ICHC’s first electronic medical record and managed the clinic’s volunteer program. Claudia helped many patients obtain access to high-quality care both in and outside of ICHC, including free access to cancer screening programs and free medications through patient assistance programs. With her passion for caring for the underserved, Claudia Joined New Legacy where she continues helping populations in need of continuing their education and breaking the cycle of poverty.
