Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities. Some examples of discrimination covered by Title IX include: Sex-based harassment, Sexual violence, Pregnancy discrimination, Failure to provide equal athletic opportunity, and Sex-based discrimination in STEM courses.
